The President's Award  is one of Ford Motor Company's most prestigious awards and recognizes Dealers achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction in their respective Regional Customer Viewpoint Group.  Of all the Dealerships that competed for the Award, only an elite group of 385 achieved the performance levels required to earn this distinction in the country.  Dealers who achieve this recognition are dedicated to customer satisfaction  in every aspect of their business which is only possible through a commitment by the total Dealership team. These guys are great here. They will help you find the car you want if they don't have it. The are very reasonable with their cars.

I use this service dept regularly, both at the Quick oil change booth, and inside at the regular service dept! I live 35 miles away and generally make an appointment, which is ALWAYS promptly attended to. Shop and waiting area are clean. Coffee, TV, and lots of gorgeous Fords to ogle.Oil change prices are competitive, as are tire prices.

Service work is generally more expensive than a private shop, BUT, it is done correctly the first time, vehicle is clean at the end, and if a glitch occurs or there is another problem found which requires additional work-a loaner is given.(my vehicle was not purchased there for this incident, and the vehicle was out of warranty!) Bonnie and Bob in Service are great to work with!

I have bought two vehicles there and the TOTAL experience is amazing! All details are attended to, and the folks cannot be faulted in any way! Kelly Smith was my sales person, and she is a delight to work with. I have also used the services of Charlie Smith and he is great also. Mr Roulo in finance dept knows his stuff and makes it all a fast and efficient experience.
